Christmas Cake

It seems as though I am a bit behind with everything !
Victoria made this cake and we brought it back with us
It caused a but if a stir at security but was well worth it....
It is disappearing fast - slices going to Bill's Bar - guitar practice, besides the slices that we are eating. Very moist and tasty.
