The fire planes have finally stopped flying

Still the fire planes and helicopters are picking up water to douse the flames

The fire started 5.00 pm Tuesday

Now 14.30 Thursday

It is a miracle that there was no loss of life

The only news here is, of course, the fire

This was our first view of the smoke above the mountain

There were 4 planes and 2 helicopters fighting the fire

This shows the white tube that sucks up the sea water

They were working again at first light this morning

The house shook as the helicopter went over

In the garden are sculptures representing his plays

It took us ages to see the faces

The Falcon - Stratford-upon-Avon

A nice place to stay

& walking distance from the Courtyard Theatre

Really enjoyed 'The Winter's Tale'
